What do you wear to work?

I’m normally on my feet and so I need to dress comfortably for work - jeans, t-shirt and a leather jacket (usually all ASOS!) dressed up with some red lipstick. I’m out most nights after work meeting friends for dinner, and so something that will work well day and night is a must!

What do you wear for a big night out?

I’m always in a dress - usually a fail-safe black one. I’m already tall so I normally wear flats, or if I’m feeling a bit more adventurous I’ll wear my Jimmy Choo heels (but they’re reserved for special occasions!)

Tell us about the last occasion you stepped out feeling good

I recently went to the Wimbledon finals where I wore my favourite white dress, black floppy hat and Chanel sunglasses. It was the atmosphere that really made it - everyone chatting and sharing strawberries between points. It was absolutely electric - especially the moment when Andy Murray won!

Who do you consider to be the most stylish woman of the past century?

Carine Roitfeld - she’s a chic, impeccable dresser and always embodies femininity. I think Kate Middleton is also very influential when it comes to fashion - it’s fantastic that she champions British designers and high street brands. Recently she was pictured wearing an ASOS dress; it sold out within hours.

What perfume do you wear?

D&G L’Imperatrice - it’s really sweet and reminds me of summer nights.

Which hair and grooming products are in your bathroom?

Moroccan oil hair conditioner, the Body Shop Pink Grapefruit exfoliator and moisturiser. I also use Urban Decay ‘Naked’ eye shadow palette, for smokey eyes!

Which product would you be lost without?

My GHD’s - I have naturally curly hair but I like to wear it straight.

Are you a gym body?

Not at all - I ran the Race for Life last year and struggled through all the training! I prefer to be outside, and so I run and play tennis in Regents Park at the weekend.

What’s your favourite thing to do to unwind?

Going back to Cheshire and staying at my mum’s house - it’s so peaceful. She’s an amazing cook so we’ll normally have dinner together and chat for hours. When I’m in London I listen to music everyday - it can have such a positive impact on your mood. I love going to concerts and I also sing in a church choir in Central London.

Do you have a grooming tip you swear by?

Drinking plenty of water - it’s great for your skin.

What is your favourite holiday destination?

To completely chill out it would have to be the Caribbean – I’ve visited St Bart’s, Barbados and Grenada but my favourite island was Antigua, with its white sand and beautiful clear sea - it’s a great place for jet-skiing! I also like exploring new cities - my favourites are Paris and New York.

What was the last book you read?

Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn
