It's fashion darling!
Harvey Nichols AW10 Fashion Show took place on a rainy Wednesday evening at the Manchester Cathedral. The subdued surroundings and gothic atmosphere of the Cathedral set the mood for a perfect winter fashion show. 10 from every ticket bought was donated to the Manchester Cathedral Development Trust. The charity helps to maintain the beautiful building as well as support the homeless and offer grants to underprivileged children to study at the local Chethams School of Music.
In a social whirl for the air ambulance charity
Annual North West Air Ambulance Charity Ball was held at The Midland Hotel, in Manchester, where 250 people enjoyed a fabulous night with entertainment provided by a Michael Buble tribute act and The Rat Pack Revival. A massive 16,000 was raised for the charity, which needs 4m a year to keep its amazing charity work going.
Buzz for Bo

Reason enough to wish it a long-association with the city too!
