were among guests at Harvey Nichols Manchester Spring/Summer fashion show.
The event was a feast for the senses as it looked fabulous, sounded great and even smelled delicious. The catwalk was scented by Jo Malones new fragrance, Earl Grey and Cucumber.
Guests entered the show through a dramatic entrance of huge doors draped with white fabric, where they were met by an all-white, U-shaped catwalk and bold colourful backdrops.
After drinks and canapes, lights were switched off to create excitement, before music cued the models to appear. They posed before walking out to a light display.
Britains Next Top Model winner Jade Thompson walked along with fellow models from Manchesters Boss Model Management and top London agencies. Guests saw trends for Spring/Summer 2013 for both men and women. Showcasing a vivid selection of colours, patterns and fabrics, trends varied from the opening Time to Reflect with metallics and sparkle, to the mens Bloc Party and womens Neon News which screamed colour and more colour! The final looks to go down the catwalk were the Gangster Squad and the fabulous Precision Whites.
The models hair was styled by Mark Izzard using LOreal Professional at Urban Retreat, Harvey Nichols in-store salon. He said: We wanted the hair to be sleek and uniformed across the models, taking inspiration from designer catwalks including Gucci and Christopher Kane.
My time to be creative was with the back of the hair, where I plaited, weaved and twisted ponytails creating a unique look.
Stila were the make-up sponsors. Using inspiration from the fabrics, colours and patterns in the trends, Stilas artists created a glamorous and chic look.
Other guests in the audience included Jessica Lawlor, Dani Lawrence and Leanne Brown.
