RHOC Hanna Miraftab tells us about her month
I was lucky enough to get to see The Spice Girls on their recent tour at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester - a birthday present from my friends Tom and Kunal from Artisté. It was amazing!
There'd been a few mixed reviews about it, but I thought it was fantastic and a brilliant spectacle. Growing up, I was surrounded by 90's bands such as The Spice Girls, Brit Pop was everywhere and girl power was huge. It took me right back to my teens as the boys and I danced the night away.
Wedding countdown - three months
I had a brilliant trip down to London this month with my Mum to get her Mother of the Bride outfit. We had a lovely mooch around some gorgeous little boutiques before she settled on a fabulous number from Nigel Rayment in Marylebone. I always love spending time with my Mum; family is the most important thing to me, so while we were in London we also caught up with my brother and one of my best friends Leonie. We treated ourselves to lunch in the Harrods Champagne Bar - always amazing.
Both mine and Martin's mum are having hats for the wedding custom-made. It's been great having the milliner visit us to take measurements and trying on a whole host of different hat styles - so much fun! I know they'll look so beautiful on the day. I'm going to have to up my game!
This month, in my professional capacity as a dentist, I visited The Booth Centre in Manchester. They're making great strides when it comes to tackling homelessness and working with people living on the streets or facing the prospect of becoming homeless. The day centre is a wonderful place offering breakfast and lunch for their visitors whilst they host many worthwhile activities in order to help improve the quality of their visitors' lives and hopefully increase their stability and potential for finding work.
I'm looking forward to working more alongside The Booth Centre, raising their profile and vital funds to keep them running.
Real Housewives of Cheshire
The latest series of The Real Housewives of Cheshire recently came to an end and I'm now looking forward to a little break. I've been so lucky to be part of the Housewives for two seasons, it's been an incredible experience.
I'd like to thank all my supporters who have shown me a lot of love over the last few months - it's been a blast!
