Forget Cosmoplitan, Have a Living Edge instead

The Hallmark Hotel, near Wilmslow, have conjured up LivingEDGE's own couture cocktail

How To Make A LivingEDGE Cocktail

1. Put 3 or 4 fresh raspberries into a highball glass

2. Pour in 50ml of Bombay Sapphire (any Gin will do but Bombay Sapphire is recommended)

3. Add 2 or 3 wedges of lime and a splash of Grenadine

4. Muddle the ingredients together and add crushed ice

5. Top up with approx 150ml of Tonic Water whilst gently stirring

6. Lace the top with a little Creme de Cassis approx 10ml (optional but very tasty)

7. Garnish with a lime wedge, then enjoy!
