Afternoon Tea Turns Pink at Hilton Manchester Deansgate

Exclusively available in the hotel’s chic Cloud 23 Bar, Hilton Manchester Deansgate will launch “Perfect in Pink” afternoon tea this October.
As part of the hotel’s charity initiatives a portion of the proceeds from each “Perfect in Pink” afternoon tea will be donated to Breakthrough in support of their efforts to raise breast cancer awareness.

The “Perfect in Pink” menu has been created by the hotel’s Executive Chef, Stuart Duff, and his talented pastry team. Among the savoury delights include mini tomato quiches, a potato & beetroot wrap, smoked salmon on a mini bagel, in addition to sandwiches - ham & mustard and prawn marie-rose. The sweet accompaniments include strawberry Bakewell tarts, raspberry and rosewater jelly, red velvet cupcakes and cherry scones with jam and clotted cream. A pink 1930’s cosmopolitan cocktail will also be served alongside the afternoon tea.
