Bob Beeton, Managing Director of Clearseal Windows in Warrington talks about his 25 years in the industry, about delivering exceptional quality, great value and first class customer service. He also gives us one or two clues as to what makes him tick.
What we do
Clearseal offer an unrivalled selection of double and triple glazing and all styles of window, from casements and tilt and turn to traditional sliding sash, Georgian and leaded windows. Each customer wants something that’s just right for them and that’s what we provide.
We manufacture all of our windows from the highest quality PVCu, and because energy-efficiency is crucial, we offer ‘A’ rated windows as standard. They are guaranteed to make homes warmer, quieter and totally secure.
We also offer a range of doors including Residential PVCu Doors, Composite doors for the authentic looks of timber with all the benefits of modern PVCu, and Bi-Folding doors, which add a completely new perspective, giving a feeling of freedom and space in summer, and maximum light during winter. We also offer orangeries, conservatories and a full range of roofline products.
Who we do it for
We know that all our customers are different. One might want a single, like-for-like replacement window, another might want a street’s worth. It could be a large conservatory, replacement fascia boards, or a stunning new build with Bi-Fold doors. Whatever the customer wants, they deserve the best.
What makes us special?
We’re different because we provide a straightforward, no pressure service to both our retail and trade customers. We don’t forget that it’s the customer’s choice that’s important so we make sure we offer a massive range of options, and we ensure that our customer service and quality is excellent, whatever the size of the purchase.
How we got started
I got the bug as soon as I joined the businessand I’ve never been tempted to leave. There are constant developments in technology, materials and choice, so it’s always interesting. And if, like me, you get a real buzz from dealing with people, there’s nothing like it. I am committed to providing our customers in Warrington and beyond with the best possible products and service.
My right hand man/woman is...
I am supported by a great team led by my co-director and installations manager, Dale Lightfoot. Dale looks after every aspect of the business from organising surveys right through to fitting. His expertise and dedication ensure customer satisfaction every time.
Secret of our success
Clearseal has been successful so far, because we work effectively towards where we want to be. We know our goal and every day we move a step closer to it. However good we may feel about where we are now, we believe in continually improving everything that we do.
When I’m not working
I love to spend time with my family, walking in the great countryside around here and I’m often to be found out on my bike. It’s a great way to recharge the batteries and keep myself fit for the challenges of work.
My next move
We’re working with Bury-based Lancashire Trade Frames now and our co-operation will allow us to extend our service beyond the Warrington area. The North West is a great part of the world, with some fantastic people and we are looking forward to doing more and more business out there.
